PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Physical merch and print items are carefully packaged before shipping, while digital products (like our custom fonts) are delivered via email or download link, typically within minutes to hours of purchase.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination, typically arriving within 5-7 business days after processing.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital items, such as fonts and downloadable files, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping times. You'll receive access details via email upon purchase.
DELAYS
While we do our best to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out to us at info@thisiscactuscountry.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange an item for a different size, you may return any apparel or clothing items within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. All home goods and other accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a credit on your order after we receive your return or exchange.
