Splash House is a desert oasis of dance and music, bringing DJs and electronic music to Palm Springs since 2013. The weekend-long festival blends daytime swim and dance parties with nighttime sets set among vintage planes at the iconic Air Museum. Electric, innovative, and unapologetically fun, Splash House has become a defining music festival in the desert.

our approach
For our fourth season designing the merch collection for Splash House, we focused on creating a vintage hotel oasis theme inspired by classic desert travel destinations. We looked to mid-century motor lodges, retro postcards, and vintage travel posters as a foundation, then layered in elements of desert landscapes, music, and pool culture to give it that authentic SH feel. The designs were applied across bucket hats, hats, shirts, totes, and more, creating a cohesive collection that felt like merch from a destination you'd want to visit again and again.
Vibrant, energetic colors reflected the tone and atmosphere of the festival, blending surf, desert, hotel, and vintage motifs throughout. From poolside graphics to sun-bleached typography, every design detail was built to capture that feeling of checking into an oasis retreat, dancing all day, and doing it all again the next morning.
